With a Master’s degree in Psychology and certification as a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS‑I), Austin helps individuals understand their emotional patterns, strengthen communication skills, and build healthier responses to stress.

With 12 years of military service and continued commitment as an active member of the Air Force Reserve, Austin brings a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and the unique emotional pressures men face in high‑demand environments. His military background allows him to connect with clients in a grounded, relatable way while offering structure and accountability that support real change.

Austin’s mental health career spans roles from Mental Health Technician to Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement for a Fortune 500 company. This combination of clinical experience and organizational leadership gives him a rare ability to deliver services that are both compassionate and evidence‑based.

He has also participated in numerous Big Brother and mentoring programs, supporting youth and young men in developing emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
